  1. If I purchase 100 calls and you get me an appointment on the 10th call, will you still make the other 90 calls that I purchased? Yes, you are paying for calls and not appointments, but we do provide you a minimum appointment guarantee to ensure that you receive the best deal. So if you pay for 100 calls, you will get 100 calls, even if it results in you receiving 100 appointments.
  2. What if I am not available on the date that the appointment was scheduled? Once we schedule an appointment for you, you are provided with all of the lead's contact information, so you can contact them and reschedule if needed. Also, we usually schedule the appointments at least 2 days out from the day that we notify you of the appointment to allow you enough time to make any necessary arrangements.
  3. Can I keep the call log once you are finished providing me with the calls that I purchased? Yes, you can keep access to the call log. Since the call log is web-based and may expire, we encourage you to copy and paste the call log to your own spreadsheet or Excel file for your personal reference.
  4. How soon after I purchase can I expect to start receiving appointments? Due to the heavy demand for this service, it usually takes about 7 to 10 business days from the day that you purchase for you to receive your first appointment; however, our guarantee is to provide you with all of your guaranteed appointments within 30 business days from the day that you purchased.
